It’s A Wonderful Life, When You Have Purpose!

Rom. 8:28-31 (NIV)

It’s A Wonderful Life of Purpose When:

  1. You know God is working for you (Our good) [Rom. 8:28]
  2. You know God is working out of you (His plan) [Eph. 1:11-12]
  3. You know God is working through you (His pleasure) [Eph. 1:4-9]
  4. You know God is working in you (His Word & light) [Phil. 2:12-16]

You know that you have a purpose when you have a passion for pleasing God.

It’s A Wonderful Life, When We’re Thankful

1 Thess. 5:16-18 (NIV)

The scripture doesn’t say, be joyful when everything is going good, pray when you have spare time or be thankful in certain circumstances. No, it says that joyfulness, prayer, and thanksgiving should be a continual part of our lives no matter the circumstances!

Joyfulness, prayer, and thanksgiving are like triplets with the same spirit. If one is missing the others suffer. If you don’t have joy in your life, it’s probably because there is prayer or thanksgiving missing in your life regularly.

  1. Praying continually is to be God conscious and seeing everything in view of Him.
  2. Thankfulness in all circumstances is focusing more on the good and blessing more than the challenges.
  3. Joyfulness always is a byproduct of praying continually and being thankful in all circumstances, because joy is a fruit of the Spirit.

Missing joy in your life? Maybe there is a lack of prayer and thanksgiving continually in your life.

It’s A Wonderful Life, Because of His Great Love!

Ephesians 2:1-10 (NKJV)

Because of His Great Love:

  1. I’ve been given life instead of my death sentence for sin.
  2. I’ve been gifted the riches of His Grace to live on.
  3. I’ve been given the opportunity to make a difference for others.

It’s a wonderful life! What are you doing with yours?
