Acts 1:1-11 (NKJV)
Today, we see the disciples of Jesus in a Gaze when they should be in a Blaze for the Lord. The angels ask why? Maybe that’s a question we need to ask ourselves today, why are we Gazing when we should be Blazing?
What does it take to go from Gazing to Blazing?
- We must be conscious that the Lord is trying to get our attention. (Acts 1:11)
- We must be compelled by the Lord’s command to be a witness. (Acts 1:7-8)
- We must be convinced that the Lord can empower us to be a witness. (Acts 1:8)
- We must be concerned for others that need the Lord. (Acts 3:1-6)
- We must be convicted to do something bold now. (Acts 4:8-13)
Let’s get out of our seats and go from Gazing to Blazing!
