Luke 1:26-35 & Matt. 1:18-25 (KJV)
Truly believing in Jesus, His gift of salvation and His ongoing work in our lives is an issue of the heart. (Rom. 10:9-10)
As the little boy did in the movie, Polar Express, those who truly believe:
- Hear what others don’t hear. For the Christian, it is the voice of the Lord.
- Experience what others don’t experience. For the Christian, it is the Spirit of the Lord.
What is it that prevents some from truly believing?
- Fear prevents some from truly believing in the Lord and all He has in store for them. (Luke 1:30, Matt. 1:20)
- Facts prevent some from truly believing in the Lord and all that He can provide for them. (Luke 1:34)

When finances are struggling, believe in Jesus!
